Moving jaw help?

Im gonna stat making my mate's furusit head pretty soon here and I wanna add a moving jaw like how mine has but with a lot more sensitivity. Im thinking of just doing elastic with no balaclava since the balaclava seems to get in the way too much for my liking. Is this a good idea? If not is there any other cost efficiant way to do sensitive moving jaws on a foam based head?

I just made a moving jaw myself, actually. It came out pretty good, but the jaw became a bit too heavy and I needed to clip off some of the extra weight.

Anyway... in short, I glued a set of brass... clips?... to either side of the foam jaw, and to the inside of the head. I wrapped a few rubber bands between them, and the pressure of my chin against the jaw kept it from moving unless I opened my mouth. For the most part, it works fine. It's all just foam and a little bit of plastic mesh: no balaclava needed.

Yep yep ^^ Makes sense. Ive come to a sort of all elastic method but Im always looking for new ways to try for sure :D

When I made mine it was high in senitvty... so what I did to fix it was glue some rubber bands to the inside of the jaw.
